I am very disappointed in the company I have been waiting for 9 weeks to finish my roof. The company came out on the 2nd day after the storm and has the first work eledigt, but it was missing about 12 bricks to close the roof again. In the following Wochn nothing happens nix when you can come. Only after I called several times there I was told that they want to come the week (it's already 9 weeks around). It's Thursday lunchtime and I'm still waiting. What annoys me the most is that you have to phone afterwards because you can not say modestly if it takes longer or something in between.
