I had an appointment for the inspection on 06/22/21. Although I didn't buy the e-bike there, I was accepted there as a new customer. As agreed, I got it on June 21st. after d. Work submitted and on June 22nd picked up after work. The chain was replaced (4100 km), otherwise no signs of wear. In another specialist bicycle workshop I was told on the phone that the brakes would definitely have to be replaced at 4100 km (should have been three times the number there). I feel in good hands with E-bike Kasten. Only what needs to be replaced is replaced there! Super nice and competent professionals, great advice
