    What I can judge so far: Top service and nice, technically competent advice. The prices are affordable too. You can view all bikes and accessories directly on site without an appointment. The advisors know how to advise customers correctly and don't just want to sell you the most expensive ones, as is the case with some other dealers. You can also test sit the bikes and test drive them. This means that you can at least collect some impressions and then decide which is the best for you individually.

    Bad advice or none !! I would be ashamed of myself for a specialist shop! The employee of the month I'm talking about should look for something that matches the arrogance! I am very disappointed with the way a customer is treated like that and with hearing: "I will not show you anything with us". And best of all, you noticed that the trained staff had no desire to win a new customer.

    Very bad service. Better said none at all. The seller's desire to sell something to the customer or to give out some information is zero. I can sit on a bike and see if the size fits at a supermarket that sells bikes. I get away cheaper. In a specialist store, I expect advice and real customer service. Unfortunately not given at Hahne in Fallersleben.
