Mr. and Mrs. Doctor are absolutely human with the necessary empathy. I myself have been a doctor's patient for years and have now brought my grandfather into the practice without any problems. Despite his age, we were not dismissed like other doctors. & in addition the possibility of taking blood etc. as a home visit. It couldn't be better. The medical assistants are also all friendly ♡
It is and remains a disaster to reach someone here by phone. I am being treated here by Dr Stieler. The fact that a patient can get an appointment with Dr Stieler via the Doctolib app is all well and good, but why not only at the beginning of October?
